Eric C. Johnson, a native of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, is noted as a family trained Cajun Culinary Chef. Eric grew up in a family where food is the language of love, and his culinary skills are attributed to his loving mother and grandmother. For over twenty years, Eric has provided his culinary talents to local community members, wedding celebrations and private catering events.
